diese tritt nach dem FormClose-Event der hauuptform auf
hat jemand ne idee was das sein kann?

genau, nutz den Debugger und schau, bei welcher Funktion genau die Exception kommt.

aber ich hatte nirgens ne form die ein OnClose, OnDestroy oder ähnliches genutzt hat.
aber ich habe den fehlerursprung doch noch gefunden.
es lag bei einer komponente, die ich eingebunden hatte.
