Ich möchte einen Knopf in meinen Programm haben, der automatisch den Explorer mit einem bestimmten Verzeichnis öffnet.
ist es möglich zur Laufzeit Systembefehle abzusetzten?
In der Eingabeauforderung würde ich das so schreiben um in das Verzeichnis temp auf c: zu kommen:

explorer c:\temp\

Geht das?

und den Aufruf machst du mit der WinAPI-Funktion ShellExecute().
