Zu Punkt eins: Mit jedem x-beliebigen Video-Programm, ein entsprechender Codec vorausgesetzt.
Zu Punkt zwei: Ohne weiteres gar nicht! Dazu müsstest du eine GIF-Komponente im Builder nachinstallieren (was aber aus rechtlicher Sicht meines wissens nach nicht ganz ohne ist)... dazu gibt's einen Text in der FAQ!
