(Wie)Kann man es hinbekommen das ein Fullscreen-Fenster hinter dem Desktop leuft,
quasi als Aktives Hintergrund bild , wie es bei diversen Videoabspielprogrammen möglich ist?

VOID ApplicationAsWallpaper(BOOL bYesNo);

Es wäre aber denkbar, dass diese programme x mal in der Sekunde den Hintergrund neu setzen und den desktop aktualisieren, sodass eine Bilderreihe (Video) gezeigt wird.

aber mit activedesktop könntest du vielleicht weiter kommen
