Setz einfach AutoSize auf false, WordWrap auf true, setz Width auf einen kleinen Wert (musste schauen, welcher sich dafür eignet) und mach nach jedem Buchstaben ein Leerzeichen.

Optimal wäre jedoch eine VCL mit der man Lable in bestimmten Winkeln schreiben kann.
