und als zweites der Teilstring der angehängt wird, z.B. "..index.html".

Dabei kommt dann "http://www.google.de/index.html" raus, aber was bringt das?
Da kann man doch genauso einen String zusammenbasteln oder wozu braucht man die Funktion?
