Im Standard ist dies glaub ich nicht vorhanden, soweit ich weiß. Aber du könntest die funktion _sleep(ms) probieren in der ctime.

und ich meinte ob irgendwie mir den functionen aus <ctime> möglich is ne slee() funktion zu schreiben und wenn ob jemand mir sagwn könnte mit welchen funktion...

Einzige Möglichkeit wäre, clock() in einer Schleife zu verwenden. Und die Schleife dann halt so oft wiederholen, bis clock() etwas zurückgibt, was mindestens den gewünschten Zeitunterschied gegenüber der Startzeit aufweist. Empfehlenswert ist das aber nicht, da dies uU das System stalled.
Vermutlich wäre es sinnvoll, das ganze zu kapseln und dann für Windows Sleep() und Linux nanosleep() oä zu verwenden.
