Es gibt nur den Kommandozeilenkompiler C++5.5 (eigentlich der Gleiche wie bei C++5.02) aber ohne IDE. Die gibt es dazu noch woanders, mußt halt googeln.
Verlinken hilft nicht, weil Du Dich vor dem Download registrieren mußt. Ist zwar kostenlos, aber etwas umständlich. Also, sei nicht faul, Paul.
Versuchs doch mal mit Dev-C++. Ist auch free, hat aber IDE.
