Und was meinst Du mit "lpszCmdLine" !? Meinst Du GetCommandLine!?

#define UNREFERENCED_PARAMETER(P)          (P)

Dient lediglich dazu, Kompilerwarnungen wegen Nichtverwendung des Parameters zu verhindern.

Bedeutet dies das die Parameter (vorher z.B. in lpszCmdLine übergebenen-nicht untergebenen...) auf vorhandensein von argc, argv nicht überprüft und *envp nicht übergeben wird? :p

Das Makro bewirkt nur, dass der Compiler nicht warnt, wenn du den Parameter in der Funktion nicht benutzt. Sonst nichts.
