Entwicklungsumgebung ist eVC++ 4.0, das Quellprojekt stammt scheinbar aus einer UNIX-Umgebung.

Wo bekomme ich denn die entsprechende Libraries her?

Standart wird (sollte) immer unterstützt auch unter unix.
