ich suche nach einer Möglichkeit in ein C Programm Zellinhalte von Excel einzulesen. Habe beim Googeln aber erstmal nichts gefunden. Vielleicht weiß ja hier jemand was?

In Excell .csv Dateien exportieren und mühsam ein lesen.

Dort mal nachschaunen. Seit Kurzem ist da eine Klasse online, die .xls direkt verarbeitet.
