ich würde ganz gerne die hash_map benutzen. Mein compiler ist VC++ 7.1
Leider bekomme ich lauter "deprecated" warnings.
Ist die hash_map in der std lib?
Kann man die map trotzdem benutzen?

Nein, das ist eine (afaik) Microsoft Eigenentwicklung.
(in der STL gibt es nur "normale" Maps)

Kann man die map trotzdem benutzen?

Dürfte eigenlich kein Problem sein.

Ist es die Hasmap aus std::ext? Mich wundert es eher, das der 7.1er diese Deprecated Meldung ausspuckt, habe gedacht, das macht nur der 8.0er.

Wenn du es mit typedef benutzt, kannst du die hasmap ja später durch eine andere umtauschen, solltest du dich irgendwann umentscheiden wollen. Sehe da kein Problem.
