Python wird einfach nur interpretiert.

alle tools die native exectuables erstellen packen einfach nur bytecode + interpreter in ein file

es gibt jedoch einige subsets von python die nativ kompilierbar sind und es erlauben recht komfortbel module zu schreiben

boost bietet dann noch boost::python an um reflektion von c++ klassen auf python zu betreiben

Außerdem kann man mit IronPython .NET-Bytecode erstellen lassen.

Das funktioniert wunderbar.
