naja, du könntest dir den code eines älteren 'nmap' saugen. das hat anfangs raw sockets benutzt. aber vom prinzip her geht's wie mit normalen sockets, nur dass du (mit viel glück) gewisse felder der ip/udp/tcp header verändern kannst...
