<![CDATA[Thread stoppen bis ein Event eintrifft?]]>Hallo!!

Ich habe einen Thread der in ner Loop schleife testet ob sich etwas verändert hat. Nun würd ich aber lieber die Schleife stoppen und zwar solange bis ein Event eintrifft. Wie kann ich unter Windows und C++ eine Ausführung und stoppen und wieder beginnen?
