Du must dir einen solchen Dialog schon selber zusammenstellen. Und da es im lieferumfang des Builders keine Komponente gibt, die PDFs anzeigen kann, ist also dein erster Schritt, über google eine externe Komponente zu suchen, die sowas kann.
