FFTW in VS2005 Projekt nutzen?

Ich wollte mal nachfragen, ob hier schon mal jemand FFTW (FFT Bibliothek) genutzt hat. Diese wird nicht primär für windows entwickelt (sondern für Unix), es gibt jedoch vorkompilierte dlls.

Mir ist jedoch unklar wie ich mit diesen und dem normalen Code ein Projekt damit erstelle.

Ich kann schon lesen, nur steht da nicht mehr, als das es dlls zum Download gibt.
Mich interessiert aber was ich damit nun machen soll - und das steht dort nicht.
