wie kann ich es machen das wenn Label1 Caption="Stein" ist und dann danneben das image Stein angezeigt wird

Eventuell meinst Du sowas:

if(Label1->Caption == "Stein")
  ImageOben->Picture = ImageA->Picture;
if(Label1->Caption == "Schere")
  ImageOben->Picture = ImageB->Picture;
...
