Die Funktion 'EnumFontFamilies' listet dir alle verfügbaren Fonts auf.
Mit Hilfe einer Callback-Funktion kannst du dann den Typ des Fonts als Bitmaske abfragen (Device, Raster und/oder Truetype).
Schau am besten in die Windows SDK-Hilfe.
