wie ist es möglich, einem Fenster zu verbieten, eine bestimmte Größe (z.b. 300x200px) nicht zu unterschreiten?

WM_GETMINMAXINFO dürfte das sein wonach du suchst.

Bsp.:

case WM_GETMINMAXINFO: {

     ((LPMINMAXINFO)lParam)->ptMinTrackSize.y = 480;

     ((LPMINMAXINFO)lParam)->ptMaxTrackSize.y = 1024;
