ich möchte gerne Werte von COLORREF in drei integer - Werte
R, G, B umwandeln und weiß nicht wie ich dies sinnvoll bewerkstelligen soll.

GetRValue(),GetGValue() und GetBValue() was du dir auch aus MSDN hättest holen können.
