Kann mir hier vll jemand sagen wie ich automatisch z.b in einer Funktion einen Link öffnen oder auch wieder schließen kann?
Geht das überhaupt?

Ich habe win vista und nutze den IE und visual studio 2008.

1. Jetzt möchte ich eine funktion schreiben mit der ich im IE eine neue Registerkarte öffnen kann und eine Hompagegeladen wird. z.b www.xyz.de

2. in einer zweiten funktion möchte ich genau diese Registerkarte wieder schließen.

3. es wäre schön wenn ich auch noch eine funktion hätte um diese Karte zu aktualisieren.

Das öffnet den Link mit dem Standardbrowser.
Um den zu schließen, holst du dir dann eben noch ein Handle darauf und sendest WM_CLOSE oder so was in der Art.

Also das mit dem öffnen hab ich mitlerweile hin bekommen, und das mit dem handle hab ich jetzt auch schon mehrmals gelesen, weiß aber nicht wie ich das machen soll??

Genau so ist es, wenn man wirklich Kontrolle über den IE haben will, dann nutzt man die COM-Schnittstellen:
