Ihr kennt doch sicher "SetCursor".
Wie kann ich das auf den ganzen Bildschirm ausweiten?
Ich habe so was WhtClr artiges geplant.
So SnippingTool like

Ach ja: kennt einer von euch einen Freeware Cursor Editor, ich hab nur son kommerziellen Schrott gefunden, und danach die Suche aufgegeben 😞

Ich benutze für Icons und Cursor: IconFX http://icofx.ro/downloads.html. Ist Freeware und ich bin sehr zufrieden damit.

Hat denn keiner ne Idee, wie ich den Cursor überall ändern kann?
Ist da irgendetwas mit "Hooks" machbar?
