3. das ist auf einem Uhr altem Laptop, da geht nichts anderes rauf ich weiß auch nicht warum

da ist allegro gleich mit bei, und fertig konfiguriert.

einfach alles nach zippicker runterladen, in einen einzigen ordner entpacken (faq lesen!!!) und loslegen.

entwicklungsumgebung wäre rhide, oder über konsole starten. für win98 perfekto
