<![CDATA[inkscape]]>hallo ich möchte inkscape unter linux gerne auf deusch haben
dazu habe ich auch svchon ein paar foreneintraäge gefunden auf http://www.inkscape-forum.de/discussion/93/menues-in-englich-wie-deutsch-bekommen/

aber wenn ich export LANG=de_DE in die Konsole eingebe und dann inkscape starte ist es immer noch englsich:

kleopatra@kleopatra-desktop:/usr/bin$ export LANG=de_DE
kleopatra@kleopatra-desktop:/usr/bin$ inkscape

(process:6506): Gtk-WARNING **: Locale not supported by C library.
Using the fallback 'C' locale.

die dateien
~/.xinitrc und
~/.profile

finde ich bei mir überhaupt nicht

Kann mir einer helfen die menus auf deutsch darstellen zu lassen?

Je nach Distribution geht das unterschiedlich.
