Muß man da Isobuster oder UltraIso nehmen? Oder gibt es da auch was ohne Geldzahlung?

ISO ist ein Read-Only-Dateisystem, da kannst du nicht daran editieren.

Nein, es ist ein read-only-Dateisystem. Du kannst den Inhalt nur entpacken, bearbeiten und eine neue ISO Datei erstellen.
