Ich bin auf der Suchen nach dem richtigen STL Type, mit welchem ich eine Mathematische (Diskrete) Funktion beschreiben möchte. Würde mich freuen, wenn jemand auch argumentierend gewisse Typen ausschließt.<br />
-Jedes Element des Kontainers soll ein diskreter Wert darstellen<br />
-Die Anzahl der Werte ist nicht fest vorgegeben<br />
-Ich muß dafür sorgen dass die Summe aller Elemente 1 ist.(Normieren)<br />
-Es genügt die Funktion in einer Richtung zu durchlaufen.<br />
Mein favorit ist list.<br />

Wenn du keinen Kontainer nehmen würdest, was denn dann ??</p>
<p>Die geschwindigkeit ist in diesem Fall garnicht so wichtig.<br />
Eher dass die Funktion verhältnismäßig oft neu generiert wird.<br />
Wie sie aussehen wird kann man nicht sagen. Und die Anzahl der Stützstellen auch nicht.</p>
<p>Das Container FAQ schaue ich mir an. Danke.</p>
<p>(Ansonsten ist es keine Funtion im Sinne der Funktionentheorie, also nicht analytisch.)</p>
<p>Wiso soll boost so viel besser sein als meine normale C++ Bibliothek??</p>

Vielleicht kannst du ein paar Eigenschaften (z.B. überladene Operatoren) zu deinem Zweck ausnutzen.</p>

<p>Welche normale C++-Bibliothek? Standardbibliothek? Boost bietet eben noch einige zusätzliche Features.</p>

std::list würde ich nur nehmen wenn es auch einen guten Grund dafür gibt, z.B. wenn man Funktionen wie splice() braucht.</p>
