Sowas als Programm für zum Textpassagen markieren und dann speichern.

Web -> HTML -> Word -> markieren -> Hintergrundfarbe ändern: gelb

oder

Web -> HTML -> PDF -> PDF-Annotierungs-Tool (z.B. Adobe® Acrobat® 9 Pro) -> Annotieren

oder

Web -> HTML -> In Versionskontrolle (z.B. Mercurial) -> HTML ändern -> hg diff gibt die änderungen

oder

Web -> Hardcopy -> chemischer Marker
