Da ich nicht weiß was du willst, habe ich einfach mal geraten, dass du dies meinst.

Allgemein könntest du auch so eine beliebige (Fließkomma-)Zahl a auf Ganzzahligkeit prüfen:

if (a == static_cast<int>(a))

Falls a Ergebnis einer Rechnung ist, wird da aber fast nie exakt eine Ganzzahl rauskommen.

Damit wird bei der Integer-Division der Rest ausgerechet.

Beispiel:

73 / 10 = 7
73 % 10 = 3
