Natürlich gibt es mathematische Regeln diese Daten in andere Zahlenformaten darzustellen und am Ende auch in Strings zu speichern.

CString.Format ist ja auch nur ein "Programm".

Klar? Alles, was du machen könntest, wäre eine Darstellung als hexadezimale Zahl in einem String zur hexadezimalen Darstellung für den Benutzer. Und da ist CString::Format eine von vielen Möglichkeiten.
