ich habe mich gefragt ob es Möglichkeiten gibt die WINAPI zu umgehen. Ein kleines Beispiel wäre z.B. OpenProcess oder MessageBoxA. Ich habe danach gegoogelt jedoch nichts gefunden und erhoffe mir ein Paar klärende Kommentare.</p>

<p>Ok, mal ehrlich: das geht kaum. Wenn du etwas machen möchtest, wofür du das Betriebssystem ansprechen musst, dann kommst du nicht drumrum, die API des Betriebssystems zu nutzen.</p>
<p>Aber: Es gibt einige Bibliotheken (z.B. bei Boost), die die Benutzung der Plattformabhängigen APIs weitgehend &quot;verstecken&quot;, so dass man den gleichen Code auch auf anderen Pattformen benutzen kann.</p>
<p>Bleibt noch die Frage offen, warum du die WinAPI &quot;umgehen&quot; möchtest.</p>

Du hast da eine falsche Vorstellung. Natürlich verstecken die nur Funktionen. Ob das jetzt WinAPI oder whateverAPI ist, ist erst mal nebensächlich. Irgendwie müssen sie mit dem System kommunizieren. Aber rate mal: Das gilt genau so für Standardfunktionen. Oder glaubst du, ein Programm übernimmt denn mal eben das Betriebssystem um ein Fenster zu öffnen oder in eine Datei zu schreiben?</p>

Unter MSVC wird es wohl die CRT Funktion <code>_beginthread(ex)</code> verwenden, die intern dann <code>CreateThread</code> aufruft...</p>
