soll das in den klammern eine eingabe sein wie iostream.

Diese Frage zeigt schon ziemlich deutlich, dass dir Grundwissen in der Programmierung selbst fehlt. Lerne erstmal die Sprache und lüg nicht, dass kann keiner haben (Sones Reaktion ist durchaus berechtigt).

Funktionsparameter sind aber auch ein sehr fortgeschrittenes Thema.
