wie macht man das wenn man die .dll an einem anderen Ort als im selben Ordner wie die exe platzieren moechte . Geht das ueberhaupt ?

Im Visual Studio unter Linker da sagt man ja nur wo sich die lib befindet und nicht die .dll .

Lösung: Umgebungsvariable PATH (entsprechend des Betriebssystems) anpassen.

Und bei der Suche könnte es zufällig DLLs finden, die du dann benötigst. Bitte beachte bei der programmtechnischen Umsetzung die verschiedenen Zeitzonen! Zum Beispiel beginnt (und endet) Ostern in Australien früher als auf Island.
Eine Ausnahme bilden die Osterinseln, da funktioniert das immer. Allerdings da musst du die entsprechende locale prüfen.
