Optional kann man auch Form1->DoubleBuffered = true benutzen.

gilt jedoch nicht für alle Elemente die sich auf der Form befinden.
Wenn dor ein TPageControl liegt, muss jede Seite extra auf DoubleBuffered
gesetzt werden.
