<![CDATA[proxy und URLDownloadToFile]]>Ich habe eine abgeschlossenes Programm, welches URLDownloadToFile verwendet. Im www habe ich gelesen, daß URLDownloadToFile auch mit Proxy funktioniert, wenn das im InternetExplorer eingestellt ist. Was könnt ihr mir darüber sagen ?
