fluxbox: Transparenz einstellen. (Nicht nur bei menüs und Titelleisten vom Fenstern)

Wie kann ich soetwas machen:

Meine Menüs und die titelleisten der fenster sind bei mri schon transparent.

Aber ein schickes und transparentes xterm (also das fenster an sich) wäre schön.

Aterm? Das ist doch ein Terminal? (hab ich nicht) Aber ich häte es gerne mit xterm, wenns geht.

Eine Frage: Wenn ich das in .Xdefault einfüge, muss ich dann irgend einen befehl anwenden, damit es wirksam wird? Oder funktioniert es erst nach dem neutsart von fluxbox?

Normalerweise sollte sich jedes neue Terminal (und sonstiges Programm) diese Datei anschauen.
