Welche Libs für TextOut?

Hi,
welche libs gehören denn noch zu Textout? wo kann ich sowas nachschaune, die msdn ist ja mittlerweile totaler mist - nichts findet man

also für textout sollte user32.lib kernel32.lib und vielleicht noch gdi32.lib reichen... steht aber auch inna msdn, hab jetzt aber ncih nageguckt

ah ja, seit wann brauch man für eine einzige funktion mehrere libraries?
