Text in mein Fenster?

Hi hab mir mit dem Dev-C++ Programm nun die Vorlage für eine Window Application geladen nun möchteich gern mal wissen wie ich dort Text reinbekomme, mit
std::cout<<"Check...Check...1...2...3..."<<endl;hab ich es nicht geschafft

Wäre dankbar um Hilfe der Sourcecode sieht bisjetzt so aus:

Konsole != Windowsfenster.
Such dir ein WinAPI-Tutorial, schau in die MSDN und las dich ins WinAPI-Forum verschieben.

nein, die WinAPI ist ein C-Interface, kein C++

Gibts auch irgendeine Fenster Programmierung die auf c++ basiert?
Da ich grade Anfage mit c++ möchte ich hinterher auch mehr als nur einfache DOS Sachen machen!Dankeschonmal für die ganzen Antworten!

Die Entscheidung zwischen C und C++ auf der einen Seite und Konsole und Fenster auf der andern sind grundsätzlich von einander unabhängig.
Wenn du gleich GUI mit C++ machen willst, must du einen passenden Wrapper wie wxWidgets, QT oder GTK benutzen (wenn du nicht gleich MS Visual Studio mit der MFC oder den Borland Builder mit der VCL verwendest).
So oder so ist das Thema nicht leicht und du solltest bereits die Grundlagen von C++ beherschen, vor allem OOP.bis bald
