Latex to gif

hallo leute
gibt es eine möglichkeit eine tex datei (bzw. dvi) in ein gif zu konvertieren (am besten noch mit transparentem hintergrund)? hab mal danach gegoogelt und diesen link hier gefunden. wie mir scheint funktioniert das so nur auf einem linux-os, ich bräuchte es aber für win xp. kennt jemand so ein tool oder weiß jemand wie ich diese anleitung auch unter windows umstetzen kann?

[...]da drum gings mir ja gar nicht. ich habe mir zuerst die Software Prerequisites durchgelesen... Ghostscript, Netpbm ... noch nie davon gehört und ich glaube die gibts gar nicht - oder nur mit einem "bash emulator" oder was auch immer - für windows.
Lesen bildet.

Textogif is a small Perl program which relies upon the following software to do the real work. You'll need to have all the following packages properly installed on your system in order to use Textogif. The version numbers are those I had installed on my machine when I developed this program; later versions should work OK as long as they're upwardly compatible with those cited. Given the number of Unix-specific dirty tricks employed by Textogif, it is extremely unlikely it will work under other operating systems without modifications.
mit betonung auf dem ersten und letzten satz - den solltest ganz besonders DU dir zu herzen nehmen
ich habe ja bereits erwähnt, dass ich als os windows verwende, allerdings sieht es so aus als ob nur manche der benötigten programme windows-tauglich sind.

Dann heul doch oder installier dir Cygwin, wie kann man ohne Cygwin überhaupt unter Windows arbeiten...die besten Tools gibts ja nicht...
