struct auf tabelle

Ist es in C möglich eine Struktur auf eine Tabelle zu machen?
Beispiel:

struct picarraytype
  {
     char c;
     int key; 
  };

  const picarraytype array1[]=
  {
    {'A',1},
    {'B',2},
    {'C',3},
    {'D',4},
    {'E',5}
  };

Bis auf das fehlende "struct" in der Definition des Arrays: Warum probierst Du es nicht einfach aus?

komme nicht genau mit wie du meinst? wo fehlt das struct ??

In C heißt es:

const /* -> */ struct /* <- */ picarraytype array[] = {
    { ... }, ...
};
