AVPicture von ffmpeg in das RGBA Format von OpenGL konvertieren?

Hallo!

Ich bekomme von ffmpeg Video-Frames als AVPicture. Diese möchte ich auf einem GL_QUAD darstellen. Doch dazu muss ich diese in das RGBA-Format, das OpenGL benutzt konvertieren. Weiß jemand, wie man das macht?

Muss nur leicht angepasst werden.
