Rich Edit Control - Shortcut für Schriftgröße funzt nicht!

Hallo,
ich habe ein neues Problem mit dem Rich Edit Control.
Hier http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb787873(VS.85).aspx ganz unten steht:

Incorrect shortcut combinations

In the Rich Edit Shortcut Keys table, the key combination for increasing or decreasing the font size is incorrect, and should be "Ctrl+Shift+Right Angle Bracket" and "Ctrl+Shift+Left Angle Bracket", respectively. The combination for move to line above/below is also incorrect, as the user just needs to press either the arrow key UP or arrow key DOWN, respectively.

Dieses Right Angle Bracket ist doch die Taste links neben 'Y' oder nicht.
Wie kann ich die Shortcuts "Ctrl+Shift+Right Angle Bracket" und "Ctrl+Shift+Left Angle Bracket" ausführen?
Ist das nicht beides das gleiche?
Wieso tut sich da bei mir im Rich Edit Control gar nix?

komisch das es keiner weiß oder das niemand bock hat das auszuprobieren. hier war auch schon mal mehr los.
