In Gmail, my incoming mail is going to the Bin. What is the procedure to ensure it comes into the Inbox ?

OK well whatever I was bored, so I decided to make this random video. It's only 2:30 run time. And it uses avi. Does that affect the way it works then, or will it not work at all? It's been almost 2 hours and it's not even half way through uploading yet. I don't want to have to wait 4 hours, and then once it's done, it says it can be uploaded. So thanks for your help.
