Was ist das Net-Framework und wozu dient es ?

Ja und? Schlimm? Das Ding ist halt nur für wissenschaftliche Zwecke erlaubt. Völlig legitim. Ansonst: selbst implementieren, wie es MONO auch macht.

Das Szenario, das hier als Ausgangsbasis der Diskussion dient, sieht ein kommerzielles Projekt vor.
