Dynamisches TCheckBox auf TStringGrid

Hallo Alle!
Wenn ich auf einem TStringGrid dynamisch einen TCheckBox platziere, dann beim klicken auf ihn aendert sich sein Status nicht.
Wenn das CheckBox auf einen TMemo mache, funktioniert es tadellos.
Was habe ih falsch gemacht ?

box->Parent = StringGrid1;p.s.
