Naja das Problem dabei ist das GetWindowThreadProcessId mir die PID liefert aber EnumProcessModules nen handle zum prozess will. Muss ich jetzt nicht noch irgentwie den Prozess "öffnen".

Ist doch im Beispiel Code des Artikel beschrieben: OpenProcess verwenden!
