C kann man nicht downloaden. compiler dafür aber schon. z.b. gcc. oder aber du besorgst dir gleich eine IDE mit compiler, z.b. VS2005 Express (ja, das ist gratis und ich würde es wärmstens empfehlen, sofern du vorhast unter windows zu arbeiten ;))
