Could somebody tell me what type of coding is used hier:

and how could one change this things into cyrillic.

Ich kann zwar kein Russisch, aber wenn du die Kodierung auf ISO-8859-5 stellst, lässt es sich als автотранспорта lesen, was sich immerhin nach "Autotransporter" anhört.
