CPU-Temparatur, usw. ,... woher bekomm ich di?

Ich brauch ein Programm(C / C++) das mir jede Sekunde die CPU-Temparatur, Innentemparatur des Computers und solche Dinge abfragt und dann an ein anderes Programm weiter schickt. Nun, woher bekomme ich diese Informationen?
