wxDialog veraltet?

DIALOG::DIALOG(FRAME* frame) :
wxDialog(frame, wxT("Auswählen"), true) {
	wxButton* ok = new wxButton(this, wxID_OK, wxT("OK"), wxPoint(30, 30));
}

Visual C++ 2008 Express Edition meldet hier beim Aufruf von wxDialog:

warning C4996: 'wxDialog::wxDialog': wurde als veraltet deklariert

wie geht es richtig?

EDIT: DIALOG und FRAME sind Ableitungen von wxDialog und wxFrame
